CHALLENGE:
- Need to spend 6% on skills development

- Fully accredited training NQF 1 - NQF 5
- Training conducted at client or at SABS premises
- Piggyback internal training with an existing accredited training programme
- Assist client to obtain funded and unfunded learnerships
- Administer the entire learnership process from cradel to grave

- Need to spend 0.3% of payroll on skills development for disabled black employees

- Recruit black disabled learners for client
- Host disabled learners on behalf of clients
- Provide employment for disabled learners on a secondment basis

CHALLENGE:
- Number of black staff participating in needs to be equivalent to 2.5% of total employees
