The following are Elective courses offered by SA Business School.

These electives are delivered as part of an integrated development journey for the various level of Management within a company, and the electives are delivered in conjunction with core leadership programmes.

The electives can be offered at different levels of Management.

Elective short courses are skills based and have been designed to run over two consecutive days.

Depending on the level of target audience these can be delivered over 1 day, or to if need be extended to 4-5 days to build higher levels of mastery.
