Learnerships
Introducing
Learnerships
Our Training College offers training for both funded and unfunded Learnerships from NQF Level 1 to NQF Level 6.
Our Learnerships are accredited by the relevant SETA. Additionally, we provide guidance to our corporate partners on their engagements with their respective SETA’s to ensure maximum results.
We are also able to assist our clients in obtaining rebates for the training undertaken, ensuring that even unfunded learnerships are significantly funded through appropriate tax rebates.
Learnership Qualifications
Our Sales and Marketing Learnerships are structured, work-based learning programmes that are directly related to a career in Sales & Marketing and usually take place over one year, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

Our Variety Of
Training Delivery
Flexibility is important to us and our different training delivery methods offer delegates the opportunity to train at their work premises, at home in the comfort of their own environment or at SA Business School’s facilities.
We have three primary training delivery methods:
Online
Blended
Facilitated
We Also Have
Academic Support
SA Business School’s Learnerships are reinforced by the offering of complete academic guidance and support throughout. Comprehensive study guides, training by experienced industry and academic experts, and practical workshops all instill confidence in learners and are far-reaching when it comes to results.
Study Guides
Every one of our qualifications & courses has an accompanying learner guidebook or “Portfolio of Evidence” (POE), which includes all prescribed readings, assignments, assessments, and tutorials a learner should complete. Prescribed textbooks are also listed to supplement the readings.
Training Experts
The staff at SA Business School are experienced industry and academic experts who offer learners continuous support and guidance.
Workshops
Workshops foster interaction between academics and students in a supportive learning environment. Workshops (upon client request only) are held at various venues to support students in their studies. They include orientation, academic support and requirements, group work, tutor presentations and assignment focus. During workshops, students are given the opportunity to discuss key themes and perspectives in their study modules. Guidelines are also given during workshops to produce excellent quality assignments. The interactive nature of the workshops allows students to discuss relevant issues on a one-on-one basis, and to seek clarity on important foundational concepts of their learnership programme.
Credit & Qualifications
Learners receive credits for the Skills Programmes they complete. This also includes a letter from SA Business School confirming their results. All results must be verified by Services SETA before the successful skills programme results are uploaded to the National Learner Data Basis. Services SETA will issue learners with a certificate after completion of the full qualification.
