How It Works

Learners are recruited from previously disadvantaged areas across SA.

Learners are equipped with the required equipment to learn and work in a safe environment.

Learners are placed into work-and-learning-support teams who engage with them on a daily basis.

Over the course of 12 months, learners gain valuable work experience and a qualification upon course completion.

Additionally, learners are are upskilled with the life and soft skills required to succeed in a corporate environment.
6
At the end of the learnership, they are offered full-time employment.
