Launching July 2022, the first fully online course hosted by SA Business school. Will be Contact Centre Support NQF level 2.

Online Assessment
The system supports paperless formative assessments, summative assessments, activities as well as quizzes. The learners complete and submit assessments online. Assessor assess content online and feedback is instant and automated. The workbook/assessment done through our E-Learning system is accepted by the SETA’s.
Unit Standard Alignment Matrix
SAQA Unit Standards are designed with specific outcomes and assessment criteria. The E-Learning platform provides for simplified structuring of SO & AC’s to meet SETA requirements:

Moderation
The moderators will have access to the system to moderate learners POE. The entire moderation process is automated including random selection of candidates, as well as reporting.
